There are many variables and criteria that have and will affect the prices changes in your local neighborhood. First we need to examine what local levels of information are available, then see what Free Trends you can find only at My neighborhood Trends, to make smarter and more profitable decisions.
There are many levels of boundaries, which are described in the FAQ section. And the picture below also illustrates these levels and boundaries.

Statistically, what matters most as to what will affect future price changes in any local neighborhood, is the changes at the Census Tract (CT) and Block Group (BG) levels. At My Neighborhood Trends, everyone can access some free local trends. You can find free local treads My Neighborhood Trends from two ways. The Free My Neighborhood Trends report, and the Free My Neighborhood Trends maps.
To access the Free Trends report, click on the top navigation link, Free Local Market Reports, and enter in your property address and the system automatically matches up your address to the lowest level, which is the Block Group (BG). The latest Trends for your block are illustrated in the lower left of your report. See sample below. The top box, shows the latest forecast directions for your local neighborhood. If you want to know the exact direction your area will go, simply click the Free Trial link.

In the sample table above, the latest trends are either going upward or downward, and these trends change every month and/or quarter, so you can check back for Free, to see what is going on in your local neighborhood. If you want to know the exact direction or percent changes, simply click the Free Trail link.
These Free Reports, also have a slider, so you can view the Free Reports at a geographical higher level. The default setting is to show the Block Group report, to see the higher level (Census Track, Zip Code, County, or State) simple slide the slider to a higher level.

As stated above, the default is the Block Group report or BG. BG stands for Block Group. To see a higher level report, slide the slider to the Census Tract (CT) report, and notice the directions within the report usually changes. Similarly, you can slide the slider to Zip (Zip Code), County, or even see the State report. Trail members can see all the exact trends. So signup today for your Free Trail .
To access the latest Free Trends from My Neighborhood Trends interactive maps, simply type in an Address, Zip Code, City, or County. This takes you to the My Neighborhood Trends search page. Like the Free Reports, the Free Interactive Maps at My Neighborhood Trends default setting is at the Census Block Group, since usually the most local current information and trends is the most important to you in making smarter decisions and more profits.
